People who exercise regularly to participate in a research study about smelly t-shirts

  • Exercise regularly (i.e. ~1 hr aerobic exercise at least 3 times per week)
  • Are between the ages of 18-55
  • Have ever noticed your gym clothes can smell after exercise

THEN you may be interested in participating in our study

First a screening session (1h exercise) will be conducted to make sure you have enough odour. If you pass the screening test we will give you three t-shirts to exercise in once per week (i.e. 3 times per week in total) for 20 weeks (~5 months).  You will wash the t-shirts yourself and then return them to us so a panel of assessors can rate odour intensity.

Trials will begin in May and finish in September 2017.

The t-shirts will be made from two different types of fabrics and we want to know which one smells the least!

A $5 coffee voucher will be given to all participants for the screening test. If you take part in the full trial you will be given $175 in supermarket gift cards.
